Q: What inspired you to start learning your instrument?
I was inspired by my Dad who plays the piano, he really encourages and supports me.
Q: What do you enjoy most about playing your instrument?
I like playing & discovering new types of music. I enjoy the freedom of being able to choose whatever I want to play. I feel proud when I have performed a piece after all the hours spent learning it.
Q: What advice would you give to someone performing for the first time?
Relax & take time. Don’t forget to count. _ Don’t be nervous & give it you're all.
Q: What are your musical aspirations?
To keep working through my grades, keep performing & one day be as good as Dylan!
While Alex is not practicing, he enjoys playing rugby & football, playing video games and taking his dog, Pongo, for a walk.
