15 Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we aim to accept a return of any unused product, or cancelled session within 14 days. Please note that cancelled sessions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement agreed to at the point of sale.

Once we receive the returned item, or notice of cancellation, Da Capo Academy will review then later authorise a refund if applicable (excluding shipping or handling fees as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost or handling fees of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Da Capo Academy will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. We will not issue refunds to sessions that have been received or missed. In these cases, the lesson fee is considered a late-notice charge and will not be refunded.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking charge.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
